Log into your PokeNin account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in mint condition during transit.

Attach the Shipping Label

Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
